Just4Children are raising money to help support Carmela physically and mentally through weekly physio, therapy breaks and equipment all not available on the NHS, to give her the best quality of life.

Carmela will be taking part in the well known disability triathlon called Superheroseries Saturday 12th August, raising funds to help continue her physical therapy, equipment and wellbeing breaks that is vital to Carmela's ever-changing physical and mental needs with having a progressive muscle-wasting condition.

Carmela has taken part in this awesome event since she was 4yrs and her equipment changes every year with her physical needs.

Thank you for your support, without you, Carmela wouldn't be doing as well as she is currently.
