Around 34,000 people a year are bereaved by suicide in the UK. It's a huge, and growing club that no one choses to join, but we did when we lost our beautiful son, Ivan, on 1 May last year.

I'm taking on the 34k Challenge for Suicide&Co, with a personal target of £1,000, to contribute to a £34,000 group target needed for Suicide&Co to continue to support those bereaved by suicide, providing much needed counselling in navigating loss, and finding ways to heal and reconnect with life one day at a time.
