2023 has been an exceptional year of needing non-routine veterinary care. Ellie had colic, then a sinus infection, resulting in needing a molar removing (not an easy task considering the size of an equine molar!) and Dibble has given us the run around with various 'niggles' and is currently undergoing hind limb lameness investigations. It's just been 1 of those years...a normal year's budget is around £1500.00, this past 12 months has been in excess of £5000.00.

When I made my 'move more in '24' mantra, with a plan of running 3 or, maybe 4, 10Ks, I wasn't planning on it being to raise funds, however, it seems too good an opportunity to miss. We need to put some money back into the horse care piggy bank!
