We are getting older and slower (our combined age is 144 this year!) but we are determined to cross the finishing line of the 2024 Great Manchester 10k run on the 26th May! 1 week to go!

We are fundraising again this year for Médecins sans Frontières/Doctors without Borders. These brave colleagues are delivering emergency and ongoing medical care to many families in war torn and poverty stricken areas in over 70 countries across the world, Gaza, Ukraine and the Yemen to name but a few areas where children and their families are in desperate need of medical support. MSF provide care without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.

We have supported this Charity for a number of years and have seen the beneficial impact of their work through their regular bulletins.
