Since 1982 we have provided practical, and social support to those living with MS and other long term conditions. We provide a range of services; oxygen therapy, physio, aromatherapy, reflexology, tai chi, chiropody and swimming sessions; all aimed at helping people manage their health conditions.

Story

MY STORY

The London Marathon has been the biggest fundraising event worldwide since 1981. A stage that highlights the amazing work charities do and the causes for which they stand. I am absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to participate in 2025.

I am using this ultimate runners dream to raise funds for a smaller charity so very close to my heart. MS is an illness that has affected a few of my family. My aunt has received fantastic treatment from a small organisation named Tayside Therapy Centre . They have helped improve her quality of life for over 40 years by offering such treatments as oxygen therapy, physiotherapy as well as special neurological physiotherapy.

Sadly Scotland has the highest prevalence of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and demand on these specialist support services is high. Please help me by contributing to my fundraiser and do not underestimate how every little counts.
