Walking over the O2 · 23 May 2025

Our team of specialists in animal welfare work tirelessly to find pets safe homes and happy futures. We are an independent branch charity of the RSPCA. Whilst we share the values of the RSPCA, we must fundraise for 100% of our costs as a charity to survive.

Story

RSPCA Northamptonshire Branch are founded solely for the care of animals across Northamptonshire. While we share the same values as the national RSPCA, we are an independent branch and fundraise for 100% of our costs.

Animals in our care need new loving homes, and many have been in some way neglected, mistreated, or subjected to cruelty. Every penny donated to the charity ensures that our specialist welfare teams can be ready for every animal that needs their help – finding them new homes and happy futures.

I have been a volunteer for 8 years initially fostering kittens and cats. I am now very proud to be Chair of the Trustees Board and in the year when the branch is looking to raise significant funds to open our own Animal Centre I feel that it is my turn to raise as much as I can whilst ticking another adventure off my 'Bucket List'

On my 60th Birthday, due to be my wedding day, I was confined to my garden during Covid so for my 65th, my now husband, Dave, and I decided to go on a walk with a difference!

Please support our endeavour so that staff and volunteers of our Branch can help more escape from cruelty and find their 'forever homes'.

Thank you
