Mel and I are very excited to have just completed over 400k cycle ride through Vietnam and Cambodia over 10 days to raise money for two charities, Breast Cancer Now and Ovarian Cancer Action. These amazing charities support women going through cancer and carry out research.

We chose to do this challenge as we have both had breast cancer and wanted to help other women through their cancer journey.

This was completely out of our comfort zone and a bit scary as neither of us have done anything like this before and are novice cyclists!!! it has been tough in places , with long days and very high temperatures but it has been an amazing experience and we have seen so much and met so many lovely people. Feel very proud that our group of over 80 has raised over 200k for these amazing causes .

Our friends and family have bedn incredibly generous and Mel and I have currently raised£5800 and would love it if we could reach or exceed our new goal of 6k.
