Story
Witnessing firsthand the detestation of loved ones and friends living with Alzheimer’s is heartbreaking.
For sometime I have considered fundraising for Alzheimer’s, by doing my own thing!
Bring a fairly fit 79 year old, but aware time is crucial I need to achieve this sooner rather than later.
At the end of July I intend to take the train from Sussex to Gatwick, board a plane to Glasgow. My aim is to travel around Scotland stopping overnight at various B&Bs, with an aim to go as far as John O’Groats and return back down to Edinburgh and fly home. Whilst travelling, I shall be wearing an hi-vis covered in knotted forget me knots. With my QR code printed on the back to this just giving page.
The aim, to encourage people to ask about my journey, share a story and hopefully see them donate to Alzheimer’s.
