The Purple Butterfly Room at The Rotherham Hospital Foundation Trust provided a private and dignified space in which we could spend the precious final days and hours with our Mum and Nan as she passed away with pancreatic cancer.

While we did not know about the rooms until our family needed to access them, we will be forever grateful for their existence in giving our Mum and us a dignified safe haven in which to say goodbye.

Any generous donations, in lieu of funeral flowers, will go towards keeping these rooms available for other families.
