Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
For over 120 year, Mission Care has been a beacon of hope for vulnerable residents across South London. Today, Mission Care proudly provide exceptional care to over 230 people across five homes, ensuring that each individual's needs are met with dignity and compassion.
Being part of the Mission Care team, we are doing a 28km walk on 13th September to raise fund to contribute toward the Sensory Activity Project at three of the Mission Care homes, Elmwood, Greenhill, and Willett House in Bromley/Chislehurst.
We are looking to upgrade the Sensory Activity rooms to become a Dementia friendly and interactive space, in order to enhance the wellbeing of our residents. By creating a tranquil, pleasant and interactive sensory place, we believe our residents will be able to enjoy some quality and fun time. Part of the project also include the upgrade of the Coffee shop at Elmwood, which is being well used by our residents and families for their get togethers. It's also used to host special events for the residents and relatives such as Cheese and Wine, afternoon teas, and birthday parties etc.
Your generous donation would be greatly appreciated, and will help make a difference by enriching the lives of the vulnerable adults living at Mission Care Homes.
