Every person we know has somehow been affected by cancer. Macmillan Cancer Support offer vital help for those living with cancer and those supporting those living with cancer. A great charity that does so much in particular by putting on brilliant fundraising events such as the Mighty Treks.

I'm joining a large group of colleagues from Barclays to take on a full marathon (26.2 miles) in the Peak District on 21st September. This will be a tough challenge given the 'steep limestone valleys' (which I've just found out about...) but I'm sure the views will be amazing.
