Four of the Welsh flying medics from the Wales Air Ambulance, Simon, Mike, Ruby & Caz, took on the endurance challenge of a lifetime and set out to tame the dragon!

We all care passionately about the charity and see first hand the difference it can make to the people of Wales and their families. We felt that taking on this iconic Welsh endurance event only felt right, albeit daunting!

The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep our helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.
