I am raising money in memory of two dear family friends who were cared for by Wirral St John’s Hospice at Home in their final days. The kindness, dignity, and compassion they received gave them peace, and allowed their families precious moments together.

Having seen first-hand the incredible care and comfort the hospice provides, I know just how special this charity is. I only wish we could have had the same support for my Mum and would do anything to turn back time.
