Bikes for Refugees supports the resettlement of isolated and socio-economically disadvantaged New Scots (refugees/asylum seekers) through the provision of free bicycles. Bikes provide essential mobility, helping people to connect with community services, meetings & activities, and promote wellbeing.

He had the idea to challenge himself to cycle 300 laps around our local bike pump track to raise money for charity, choosing Bikes for Refugees Scotland after researching different ‘bike’ charities. So proud of him for deciding to do this and for supporting this charity. The total distance will be over 22 miles, more than double his longest cycle (round Millport) so it will be a challenge for him.
