Story
This April 2026, I will be taking on the challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a special cause dear to my heart: The Institute of Cancer Research.
Until recently, the furthest I’d ever run was a 5K (and that was only on Thanksgiving morning to make more space for a feast later on). So yes, this is a big leap for me, but I’m doing it because I believe in what the ICR is fighting for: a future where more people survive cancer, and fewer families have to watch loved ones go through it.
The Institute of Cancer Research is one of the world’s leading cancer research organisations. They’re working tirelessly to make new discoveries and develop kinder, smarter treatments, and they need our support more than ever.
Whether you can give £2 or £20, every donation makes a difference and comes together to create something incredible (and keeps me motivated on those inevitable winter runs I'll be powering through...).
Thank you so much in advance for donating whatever you can, it really will make a massive difference. I look forward to sharing the impact of your gift with you and the strides the ICR is able to make because of your generosity.
