Having never really run further than 10k this year Im attempting to run the Cambridge Half and raising money for Ruth Hayman Trust.

About Ruth Hayman Trust:

They give small grants to adults who have come to settle in the UK, for education and training. Most of those they help are asylum seekers and refugees who have no one else to turn to. They support people across the UK, from those learning basic English to doctors needing specialist certificates to practise. They also help with travel for severely disabled learners and essential equipment and books.
