"The Gentle Kings" are uniting to raise money for a wonderful cause. Myself (Caroline), Matt and Laurence are being joined by my sister, Julia and my niece and nephew Grace and Ben to attempt to run 5k.and complete 32 massive inflatable obstacles. Currently our fitness might be poor but we have a few weeks to raise our fitness and hopefully raise lots of money too. Please sponsor us if you can.

I'm taking part in the world's largest Inflatable 5K to help raise vital funds for The Myton Hospices!

We know that is a lot of money but with your support, we are confident that we can achieve it!

Every month they need to raise £875,000 and we are asking people to show their support by making a donation to ensure they can continue to provide their services free of charge for the people of Coventry and Warwickshire, now and in the future.

Providing dedicated care and support for people with terminal illnesses, and their families, in their inpatient beds and in the community continues to be their primary focus, and they need to raise £10.5 million this year to do this.

They can't do it without the support of people like me and you!
