We are running a 10K Wolf Run to raise money for those affected by Motor Neurone Disease, a disease which has touched us personally. A Wolf Run is a wild run - a unique combination of three kinds of off-road running: mud runs, trail runs and obstacle runs.

The MND Association focus on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. There is currently no cure for MND, let's help to change that.
