When we cycled Sri Lanka in 2023 we thought perhaps it might be our last event; but it turns out you’re never too old for a new challenge and Laos fitted the bill. We will be cycling 314 km across Laos in early November over varied terrain, with rides of up to 90km a day.

Sadly earlier this year Tracey’s good friend Steve Richardson died from respiratory failure a couple of years after his diagnosis of Motor Neurone Disease. So in memory of Steve we have decided to fundraise for the MND Association; which funds research and provides support for people with MND and their families.

We have paid our own travel and accommodation costs so all donations will go directly to the charity. We would be very grateful for any support you are able to give.
