Glyn would have been turning 40 this year, and we’re celebrating this milestone by doing some of his favourite things – enjoying live music and drinks with family and friends. All to raise money for Tiny Changes (SC049112), a charity doing wonderful things to support children and young people with their mental health.

Losing a loved one to suicide is absolutely devastating, and anything we can do to prevent this from happening to others can only be a good thing. In the aftermath of Glyn’s death, the outpouring of love and support was beautiful. We raised an incredible amount of money in Glyn’s memory for Tiny Changes and were so touched by everyone’s generosity. A testament to just how loved Glyn was.

We believe it is the right of every child to have good mental health and the opportunity to lead happy and fulfilled lives as adults. Tiny Changes are making a difference by funding projects and events that support affected people, advancing research, raising awareness and influencing policy. There is a crisis in young people's mental health in Scotland and it is getting worse.
