Over the past few years, our little girl, Lucy, has become aware of people wearing wigs after hair loss as a result of cancer treatments or other illnesses.

Last year she made the decision to grow her hair so that she could donate some of it to The LIttle Princess Trust to be used to make a wig for a child who needed it.

Lucy’s hair is now long enough to donate and she is booked in for the haircut on the 31st July.

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.

The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.

It costs £700 to make and fit a wig for a child. If you would like to support Lucy and can spare a few pennies, we would be really grateful for anything you can give.
