I haven't taken part in anything for a while, and I have a lot going on for me at the moment. However, both my work and my exercise are helping me to get through this, so when the opportunity for this challenge came up I thought I'd take it. I will be running the half marathon as part of the Hertfordshire Half Marathon & 10k - https://www.hertshalf.com/event/hertfordshire-half-marathon-10k-november-2024/ , and I've never done this event before.

I'm now also adding the Great South Run (10 miles) to my challenge and doing that two weeks before the half marathon!!
