St Catherine’s cares for patients and families across Chorley, Preston and South Ribble who are affected by life-shortening conditions like cancer, motor neurone disease and heart failure.

Their specialised care is here to help people enjoy the best possible quality of life, to the end of life. They work with patients and their loved ones in hospice and at home to help them achieve what matters most to them in the time they have.

St Catherine's Hospice will forever hold a special place in my heart as they cared for my Mom for a month following her bone marrow transplant in 2001.

My Dad passed of Motor Neurone Disease in 1993.

In 2024, they cared for my best friend, Michelle, in her final days. The care, love, and respect that all the staff showed Michelle, her family, and friends was incredible.
