How’s it everyone!

As you may or may not know, I have signed up to do the Hackney Half this May. Very silly idea of mine.

I will however be running in honour of my friend Sam.

Sam took his own life in July 2022.

He was the biggest personality and the funniest kindest human you’d meet.

He made me smile every time we met no matter what.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably.

£8 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.
