Polar Bear Challenge

Ocular melanoma is so rare and the prognosis often so overwhelming, that patients frequently report feeling totally isolated. We advocate for change by uniting stakeholders against ocular melanoma cancers so people receive the treatment, information and support they need.

Story

This year’s Polar Bear Challenge is for Phil, and OcuMel UK. Phil is a very good friend currently battling a very rare cancer…Ocular Melanoma. Please help me in supporting Phil and OcuMel UK.

I will be swimming in open water each month from the 1st Nov 2023 until the challenge finishes on 31st March 2024.
