Me and Carolyn are absolutely getting covered in colours at the Thanet 5k Colour Run to raise funds for local hospice care this October!

Pilgrims Hospices deliver skilled and compassionate end-of-life care, free of charge, to thousands of people in east Kent every year. They rely on charitable giving for around 80% of their funding and your support could make such a difference to their work.

We've decided to take on this run in memory of Carolyn's dad, Dave, who was cared for by Pilgrims Hospice. In his honour, we're dedicating our run to him and hope to raise funds to support the incredible work the hospice does for families.
