I am absolutely delighted to tell you that I am a proud finalist for Dance Floor Heroes 2025 Show!

Those of you that know me the best know that dance and fitness are very important to me. I love cross fit, and I'm bonkers about boxing! I like to run and generally push myself

Keeping busy, active and involved, challenging my body is a big driver for me, but dancing is one of my biggest passions.

Right now I am on the most difficult journey of my life, my fitness and my love of dance has never been more important to me.

Ted loved to dance, so as a legacy to my amazing husband I started to learn Latin and ballroom dance again! He always thought it was the most beautiful, and the most connected way to dance with your partner, the harmony of the dance steps being such a unique language of love beyond words. He was such a romantic!

He had been right by my side on my Dance Floor Hero journey, coming to the heats, auditions and the shows too! It's sad he's not here to enjoy my moment!

If you can imagine, for me to be selected as a finalist is a very cherished aspiration, my crowning achievement, my dream come true! My love of dance has become such a powerful healer, its become my solace, my peace, my joy, my escape, my safe place, my happy place; my forever love! The positive impact upon my mental well being is immeasurable

And I am very pleased and excited to support Tia's Crown, a wonderful charity so close to my heart.

Tia's Crown helps people improve their mental health and well being through the power of dance and social interaction. They provide free Lets Dance sessions in a safe environment giving people time to connect with others and learn something new and fun. Their commitment to reach more people is incredible, offering grants to other organisation and charities that offer support for mental health and well being in their own communities.

So let help Tia's Crown reach more people! Anything that you can spare will be amazing! Thank you
