"Run a lap round Silverstone, they said...it will be easy, they said... so let's find out!"

So on Friday 12th September, I am going to run (& possibly walk!) round the 5.1K Silverstone Grand Prix circuit. This is being held as part of the European Le Mans series race that weekend - so we will see who is faster!
