Throughout the year, we will be raising funds by hosting events, and partaking in a variety of activities to fundraise for, all to raise awareness of Anxious Minds.

Anxious Minds is a multi-award-winning mental health charity based in the North East. For over 10 years, they have provided early intervention mental health support, including counselling, peer support, and community-based services. They support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and crisis, with a strong focus on veterans, young people, and those most at risk, and their mission is to ensure that no one has to face mental health challenges alone.
