We are raising funds for a charity close to our hearts - GSP Rescue UK ❤️

Short background on our story & as to why we are doing this. We came across this charity when looking for a furry friend to join our family, we agreed our old boy Sidney, aged 11 at the time, needed an older companion in his life so we decided to give a dog in need of a new home our love …. Little did we know she would rescue us!!

We had many a conversation with the team at GSP Rescue and over time they became a part of our family too …. They introduced a beautiful old girl to us and so came along … Beverley aged 9.

Beverley was in need of a new home after sadly losing her owner at Christmas, we had a lot of love to give this girl so we said yes !!! When Beverley came home with us on February 8th 2020, we were over the moon!!! Sidney loved her, and we had so much to give her, fun, love and hugs on tap along with much, much more …then covid hit a month later …. The rescue switched roles…Beverley became our rock, she always made us smile during tough times & knew when we needed a hug, she also became our daughters play mate & helped us through the toughest time … saying goodbye to her older brother Sidney, we simply adored her !!! Covid lifted, and we sadly had to say goodbye to our girl February 2023 aged 12, our hearts were broken and our house felt empty without a furry companion. We decided we still had so much love to give to a dog, so GSP Rescue brought Myla into our lives …. She’s a blast and a half !!! the giggles and smiles returned instantly!!!

GSP Rescue have brought us so much joy & love through the dogs that they have allowed us to rehome with us, we can’t thank them enough !!! It’s priceless !! These guys are beyond devoted to these dogs, everything they do is for the love of them. They are now seeing ever increasing numbers ( as many charities are ) of lovely dogs needing their forever happy afters, the charity is not funded, meaning all funds that they do have comes from volunteers, now more than ever, they need to raise funds for the dogs that need homing so we feel we need to do our bit, without them, we would not been in a position to make the memories that we’ve been able to make.
