I'm getting on my bike this March and cycling 100 miles to improve the lives of young trans people across the UK.

I'm challenging myself to get active for one very important reason: to help ensure trans young people and their families can continue to access the emotional, informative and peer-to-peer support they deserve.

Mermaids is a UK charity supporting trans, non-binary and gender-diverse children, young people and their families, and the professionals in their lives. The charity has been around since 1995, providing a much-needed lifeline to those in need. Sadly, its work is more necessary than ever.
