On Saturday 5th July I am taking part in the Big Welsh Swim I’ll be swimming 3km down Llyn Padern (Llanberis, Snowdonia) in skins (no wet suit)

I’ve decided to use this event to raise funds for a fantastic local charity Ready, Steady,Go. This charity supports Autistic children and their families in Monmouthshire.

This is personally for me, my youngest - Alex - was diagnosed autistic at 4 years old, since then we have been supported by this charity who provide a weekly after school activity club, and family trips through out the year which are support by their wonderful staff - on hand for when the kids are struggling, overwhelmed or parent needs an extra hand for a couple of minutes
