Pregnancy and parenting after loss are incredibly tender and emotionally complex experiences - often filled with anxiety, guilt, hope, and heartache. But with the right support, community and compassion, these journeys don’t have to be faced alone.

This August, I’ll be taking on the 40k Challenge in honour of Rainbow Baby Day (22nd August) to raise funds for The Worst Girl Gang Ever Foundation.

Why 40K?

Because 40 weeks = a full term pregnancy. A journey of hope, heartbreak and healing.

After losing 3 babies last year 💔The Worst Girl Gang Ever and all the amazing women I met through their courses and warrior ship, have helped me so much.

We’re raising money to create and expand specialist support for those who are pregnant or parenting after loss, because:

The fear of loss can overshadow every scan, every kick, every milestone.

The Worst Girl Gang Ever are developing targeted resources, safe spaces, and compassionate emotional care for families during this deeply vulnerable time.
