Jazzy has been bravely fighting cancer since she was 8 years old and continues to receive treatment. Despite everything, she has inspired hope and generosity by raising funds and creating personalised gestures for families across North Wales, supporting children aged 0–16. Whether it’s a fun day out, a special surprise at home, or a comforting gesture in hospital, Jazzy tailors each experience to the family’s needs. This year, we want to continue her mission and keep raising funds to bring joy and support to even more families.
