On 17 May 2026, I'll be taking part in the Blenheim 7k Fun Run to raise funds for SSNAP.

Imagine welcoming your newborn into the world, only to find yourself suddenly navigating a maze of incubators, wires, alarms and urgent medical care. This is the reality my parents faced when I was born (very!) prematurely, and it's a journey no-one is ever truly prepared for.

This is where SSNAP step in. They provide crucial support to families during these challenging times, funding essential equipment for the neonatal unit, investing in NHS staff training and backing vital research projects. Their work makes a real difference in making those early days a little brighter for families facing tough beginnings.

Every pound raised helps ensure that more babies get the care they need and families receive the support they deserve.
