The Twilight Walk London 2025

The Twilight Walk London 2025 · 22 March 2025 ·
Having already raised around £800 in total, this is my third Twilight Walk with The Brain Tumor charity and I’m excited to raise as much more as possible!
As those close to me know, this is a charity close to my heart and a really important one in general!
Part of the reason I’m walking is that I have had 2 brain tumours in the past, the first resulting in being deaf in one ear. I also know multiple people that have gone through similar experiences to myself, unfortunately losing a family member as well. I have been incredibly lucky that my Tumors have been benign, and that they have been dealt with but unfortunately this isn’t always the case.
My main reason for walking is for everyone affected by Brain Tumors - those going through it now, those who we have lost and those that support their loved ones going through this.
As I’ve gotten older, reading statistics and others stories, I would love to support The Brain Tumour charity’s cause as much as I can! Every case is different but fundraising will help raise awareness, accelerate research and find a cure.
Please donate if you can and read more about the charity below!
The Brain Tumour Charity is the world's leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. Committed to saving and improving lives, we're moving further, faster to help every single person affected by a brain tumour.
We're set on finding new treatments, offering the highest level of support and driving urgent change. And we're doing it right now. Because we understand that when you, or someone you love, is diagnosed with a brain tumour a cure really can't wait.
Brain tumours are the biggest cancer killer of children and adults under the age of 40. We believe that fighting brain tumours on all fronts of research, awareness and support is the only way to save lives, reduce long-term disabilities and to help everyone affected by a brain tumour.
