I'm taking part in Sue Ryder Starlight Hike Worth Valley.

Sadly, almost all of us will experience the loss of a loved one. And this year I am doing this in memory of my loving and amazing grandad pip jowett who sadly passed away a few years back. With the care and support from manorlans he was given the end of life care he needed to be able to be comfortable before he passed. These amazing staff members did everything they could to help not only him but the whole family through such sorrowful times. My grandad couldn’t have had a better send off without these people , so grandad I do this walk I’m memory of you. Cherishing our memories as I walk to try and raise money in hopes that some other can be just like you, so please donate what you can because your support can help more people get the end-of-life and bereavement care they need and deserve.any donations will help and grandad I love you xx
