I am going to run the Leeds Marathon on the 12th May, I will be raising money for Alzheimer's Research Uk.

I have chosen this charity because I believe it is promising area of research in healthcare and they aim to find life-changing treatments for the neurodegenerative disorder.

I am aiming to run sub 3:00:00, as to not let the best in the world beat me by a whole hour :)
