I’m proud to be involved and raising funds for the Leathersellers’ Foundation, whose work enables people and communities across the UK to thrive.

It supports impactful charities that change lives, fosters opportunity through education and social mobility via support for individuals, schools and targeted projects, and helps sustain the UK leather industry by building skills, connection and craftsmanship.

The Leathersellers’ Main Charity Grants Programme aims to help prevent and address the harm of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). A term used to recognise traumatic events that occur during childhood which can have a significant impact upon a person’s physical, emotional and mental health throughout life.

Our funding covers a broad range of activities and areas including child sexual exploitation, county lines, gangs, homelessness, substance misuse and human trafficking. To date, we have funded provision including counselling, mentoring, recreational activities, accommodation and community support.

I will be running the Stockholm Marathon (26.2 miles) on 30th May and the Chase the Sun 10k on the evening of 3rd June 2026 at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford with a team of others committed to raising funds for this important cause. I would very much appreciate any donation you can make to help me and the wider team reach our goal!
