This winter, Manchester United is hosting a stadium sleepout at Old Trafford, in support of vulnerable young people across Greater Manchester.

In the third Sleep Out at Old Trafford, I will be swapping my bed for a sleeping bag as I sleep under the stars on a cold winters night with only my sleeping bag for warmth.

Funds raised will be split between Manchester United Foundation and Centrepoint, a charity that supports homeless young people, for the two charities to support individuals who are living in crisis this winter.

As part of the challenge, I will spend the night outdoors in the dropping November temperatures and will gain insight into the big issues surrounding homelessness and what can be done to support in local communities.
