Thank you from the bottom of my heart for visiting my JustGiving page. Domestic abuse is a harsh reality that affects 1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men during their lifetime, and it is a cause that deeply moves me, particularly the impact that abuse has on young adults and children.

The Pathway Project, based in Lichfield & Tamworth, Staffordshire, is a beacon of hope for survivors of domestic and sexual abuse and their young families. This incredible charity provides safe emergency accommodation, specialist support, advocacy services, and helps survivors rebuild their independence and long-term stability.

I am honored to be participating in Wainwright's Coast to Coast Trek between 21 April - 2 May 2026 — a personal challenge where I will walk 190 miles across England through three stunning National Parks. This journey follows Arthur Wainwright's original route from West to East, involving over 8,000 meters of ascent over 12 days, averaging 16 miles each day. My goal is to raise £1,000 to support the Pathway Project’s pilot initiative delivering the nationally recognized Expect Respect programme by Women’s Aid. This vital programme empowers children and young people to understand healthy relationships, boundaries, and positive communication.
