Story

In the early months of 2023, my Dad, my best friend, was diagnosed with cancer in his throat. This diagnosis took such a toll on our family. Watching someone so close go through something so difficult and feeling so helpless is soul-destroying. However, despite the circumstances, we were very lucky in the way that he responded very well to the treatment and now has the all-clear from the hospital.

Because of this, I am dedicating my sky dive out of a plane on the 26th of July to anyone who has been affected by throat, head, or neck cancer. The Throat Cancer Foundation is an amazing Scotland-based charity which raises awareness for signs and prevention of these cancers, perfectly aligning with what I aim to do with my fundraising.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story, and I greatly appreciate your generosity.

(All dotation's will be going directly to the throat cancer foundation)
