On the 5th July I will be doing the Scarborough Castle to Whitby Abbey Yorkshire Coast Challenge Walk. I will be walking 22 miles which will take me to Hykeham, Robin Hoods Bay, Saltwick Bay and Ravenscar. This is part of the Cleveland Way and there will be lots of steep hills, ascents, descents and steps. This is the equivalent of climbing Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa). This is a rough walk. I am doing this in memory of my Dad Terry Hoggarth who sadly lost his battle with Cancer last year. He spent the last 36 hours of his life in Dove House Hospice and the staff were brilliant to him and my family. Dove House Hospice is a charity that is close to mine and my familys hearts. And this is why I am taking on this tough challenge to raise money for Dove House Hospice.
