Story

The Flourish Project exists to equip young people to develop a healthy self-esteem, mental and emotional well-being. It is done by helping young people learn to create helpful thinking pattern and growth mindsets, and to begin to recognise and set goals for the future.

The Flourish Project is ran locally here in Aberdeen through King's Community Foundation, currently running the Flourish course in 4 secondary schools and with P7's at King's Church. They also run youth alpha, 1-1 mentoring and lunch clubs.

To raise funds for Flourish, I am walking the Rob Roy Way, a 78 mile walk with my sister!
