Story
Imagine sitting there the morning after the London Marathon, thinking you had missed out. Fueled by enthusiasm (and a bit of coffee), we decided to take action and entered the ballot. Unfortunately, we didn’t get London, but we did secure Brighton!
Now, our bodies need to cash the cheque we've written... 26.2 miles. It sounds easy, right? Not quite.
Tiff has basked in the glory of finishing a marathon before, though it’s been so long that her running shoes are practically antiques. Cat, on the other hand, has only conquered a half marathon—and that was five years ago when dinosaurs still roamed the Earth.
Both Cat and Tiff, who proudly work for Carers Trust Heart of England, have decided to dust off their running shoes and turn this daunting challenge into changing the lives of unpaid carers. Will they survive the 26.2 miles of sweat, tears, and maybe a few blisters? Stay tuned and support their wild adventure.
