Story

Caterpillar Young Professionals Desford are taking part in the National 3 Peaks Challenge to raise money for PASIC our site chosen charity. As part of our ongoing support of the excellent and vital work that PASIC do everyday, we are going to be hiking up the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) all within 24 hours.

This will be a test of our fitness, mental endurance and teamworking and consists of a total walking distance of 37km (23miles) and 3064m (10,052ft) of vertical ascent with over 20 hours of total driving time to complete the challenge.

PASIC provide emotional, practical, social support for families of children and young people with cancer in the East Midlands. We’re here for the whole family. Our vision is that no East Midlands family faces childhood cancer alone.
