A dear friend of mine asked me to help raise money for this superb charity who looked after her late Mum. I am too familiar with the heartbreak of losing a parent and want to raise money to help ease the suffering for as many people as possible. I haven’t been running long distances in years, so this is a challenge. The discomfort will be worth it if it helps just one person. Please help me to help others.
