On 28th June I will taking on the Total Warrior assault course in the hope I can raise some money for the amazing Millington's Magical Barn, a charity very close to my heart.

Millington’s is an animal sanctuary owned by the incredible Jake and Rosie who run the sanctuary along with a group of fantastic volunteers who are all dedicated to relieving the suffering of animals in need of care and attention. The rescued animals have been saved from abuse, neglect or even worse – slaughter.
