I'm taking part in this year's Just Dance for Maggie's, which means I'll be dancing and competing alongside five other couples on 16th November to raise money for the wonderful Maggie's charity!

Maggie's is there for anyone with cancer and their family and friends, whatever kind of cancer, and whatever stage they're at. From information about the effects of treatment, to emotional support and practical advice, and a place to go where you can meet and talk to people who are going through the same things. All support is free and no appointment or referral is needed.

£5 could help pay for warming drinks to welcome visitors to the centre and put them at ease.

£30 could help pay for an hour of advice and support from one of the specialist programme staff.

£100 could help pay for a two-hour Living with Less Stress workshop for up to 10 people; helping support peoples mental health when facing cancer.

Any donation you make, big or small, will help Maggie's to continue to provide excellent support to people faced with a cancer diagnosis and their loved ones. Thank you!
