Somehow I've been tempted into running the Derby 10K on March 23rd...but for an amazing cause, Prostate Cancer UK.

I'm joining "Team Pirelli", a group of colleagues, to raise much needed funds for groundbreaking research to try to combat this disease.

As many of you know I am not a runner, these knees of mine create too much resistance to be one, but I am pushing myself and will do this, by hook or by hobble.

Anything you could spare, no matter how small, would be much appreciated. As a family who has been affected by Prostate Cancer, anything we can do to prevent this disease is incredible.
